Problem with USA on-line ordering solution: First un-checked the box saying that "Shipping and Billing Address are identical", then enter the Billing Address separately. Then, when the menu comes up asking for your Billing information, it already showed United States for the country choice but the drop-down box for which state I was in was showing the Canadian provinces instead of the USA states. Then change your country to something else and then changed it back to United States. It should then fill in all of your Billing information (which is still exactly identical to your shipping information) and try to submit the order again, and this time it should work. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
